Complete and submit the application for the year you are planning to enroll, along with a $35 application fee. This fee is waived for 2nd year.
These forms will be automatically emailed to your references when you submit your application. Your references can click a link in the email that will take them to the recommendation form that they can fill out and submit electronically.
After your Application and Recommendation forms have been reviewed and approved, you will receive an official notification of acceptance from our office.
The last step is to sign the Financial Responsibility form. Revive’s finances depend entirely upon students’ diligence in meeting their financial agreement with us. Your tuition covers the cost for leaders, orientation retreat, and books.
